Full-time | Monday–Friday, no weekends | $16–$21/hr based on experience + bonus pay

Some dental offices are just busy. Ours is built around making patients feel calm, cared for, and actually looked after, and that only works with a great assistant chairside. We’re looking for an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in running a smooth operatory, anticipates what the dentist needs before it’s asked, and knows how to put a nervous patient at ease.

What Your Day Looks Like:
  • Greeting patients warmly and getting them comfortable in the chair.
  • Setting up operatories with the right instruments, materials, and equipment for each procedure.
  • Assisting chairside with four-handed dentistry.
  • Taking radiographs.
  • Sterilizing instruments and keeping infection control airtight.
  • Pouring models and fabricating whitening trays.
  • Walking patients through post-op and home-care instructions so they leave confident.
  • Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Updating patient charts accurately and helping with checkout and payments as needed.
  • Maintaining equipment and helping order supplies.

What You Bring:
Required:
  • 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience.
  • Florida dental radiography certification.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Solid knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfort with dental practice software and digital charting.
  • A friendly, reliable, detail-oriented approach. You’re the kind of person who notices when something’s off and fixes it.

Big Pluses:
  • Florida Expanded Functions (EFDA) certification.
  • Experience fabricating temporary crowns and bridges.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with [Dentrix / Eaglesoft / OpenDental].
  • Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program.
